TERMS & CONDITIONS:  The information contained in this advertisement and all related auction materials are subject to the terms of the Contract of Sale. Buyers are encouraged to personally inspect property and rely on their own judgment and inspection. All property sells AS-IS, with all faults, if any. All announcements made by the Auctioneer at the auction will take precedence over any previous printed materials or any oral statements made. Auctioneer reserves the right to add or delete items.

REAL ESTATE TERMS:  The successful bidder will deposit 15% of the purchase price at the auction in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or  personal or company check with a bank letter of guarantee  for the deposit  (as indicated below), sign a sales contract with the balance due at closing in 30 days from the auction. A 10% Buyer’s Premium will be added to the successful bidder’s high bid and will be included in the total purchase price.

PERSONAL PROPERTY TERMS: Payment Due in Full on Sale Day by Cash or Good Check with photo I.D, MasterCard or Visa. Out of State checks gladly accepted with bank letter of guarantee. Buyers must pay in full for items prior to removal.  A 10 % Buyer’s Premium will be added to the successful bidder’s high bid and will be included in the total purchase price. Load out and transportation will be the responsibility of the buyer. Personal Property will become the sole responsibility of the purchasers once pronounced sold. Buyers and their agents, will dismantle, load and remove all property at their own risk and expense.
